Design-build · since 1995
We build what the drawings promise.
Towers, long-span bridges and heavy civil works — engineered and constructed by one integrated team, forecast to the crore before ground is broken.

What we build
Three practices, one site office. Switch between them — the numbers are from delivered work.
High-rise & supertall
Jump-form cores, outrigger systems and façade engineering handled in-house. We top out within a week of the programme, or explain exactly why not.
- Concrete cores to 410 m
- Wind-tunnel & seismic design
- Self-climbing formwork fleet, owned
Bridges & heavy civil
Balanced-cantilever, incrementally launched and cable-stayed spans. Marine foundations are home turf — half the practice started on jetties.
- Spans to 620 m, cable-stayed
- Marine piling to 60 m depth
- In-house temporary works
Industrial & energy
Turbine halls, clean rooms and process structures where a 3 mm tolerance is a contractual number, not an aspiration.
- Foundations to 12,000 t equipment
- ISO 5 clean-room envelopes
- Live-plant works, no shutdown

Meridian Tower
A 410-metre diagrid that rotates 1.2° per floor. Every node unique, fabricated to ±2 mm, erected without a single site weld re-shot.
- 410 mheight
- 38 moprogramme
- 3,204diagrid nodes
- 11 daysearly handover
Budget forecast
Rough-order-of-magnitude in thirty seconds. Real estimates take three weeks and a soil report — this starts the conversation honestly.
